What are we doing?

How can we ensure young Australians in need receive the support they need to help them thrive at school and beyond?

The Smith Family - Learning for Life – Pathways, Engagement and Transitions, Expanding the On PAR pilot program, Peer to Peer Network pilot

We drive educational and research projects. We’ve collaborated to offer intensive case management for families with complex educational support needs, connect families in peer support networks, and follow the post-school transitions of students to identify factors supporting or hindering their success.
