Summer Housing’s vision is for all people with disability and complex care needs to have the opportunity to live in high quality housing so they can live as independently as possible, enhancing their health, wellbeing and community participation. Conscious Investment Management (CIM) is an impact investment manager which funds assets that create positive social and environmental impact.
What are we doing?

How can we increase the range and scale of new housing for people living with disability that currently don’t have access to stable, safe, appropriate housing?

Conscious Investment Management Summer Housing Fund - Conscious Investment Management Summer Housing Fund

The CIM Summer Housing Fund is financing the development of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects. The portfolio now comprises 50 SDA apartments in Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne, specially designed to suit people living with a disability who have high support needs.
