SILA is addressing persistent underinvestment in for-purpose leaders – advancing the capability of leaders, organisations, and ecosystems for a better civil society.
Centre for Social Impact
The Centre for Social Impact is a collaboration of four universities: UNSW Sydney, Swinburne University of Technology, The University of Western Australia, and Flinders University. It uses transformational research and education to catalyse positive change and help enable others to achieve social impact.

The Pulse of the For-Purpose Sector and Building Back Better research will build understanding of short and long-term sector needs, post COVID-19.

Centre for Social Impact - Social Impact Leadership Australia

The Social Impact Leadership Australia program is a 5 year program which will support 24 leaders and organisations per year with immersive learning, a tailored sabbatical, one-on-one coaching and dedicated organisational capacity building.
